Cashflows is on an exciting mission and we’re growing. To support our company wide growth, we need to first scale up our ability to hire – that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an ambitious and high energy Talent Acquisition Partner to work with our brilliant hiring managers and find the best talent for Cashflows.
You’ll be the first Talent Acquisition resource in our HR team, working hand in hand with our People Operations Advisor and reporting to our Head of HR to carve out the best candidate and employee experience possible.
Not only will you be responsible for finding and hiring top talent, you’ll also lead and deliver the onboarding experience to make sure our new recruits get the best possible start with Cashflows.
You’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment and onboarding process, from advert to the first 90 days. We want you to drive an excellent experience and think creatively to find and attract the best talent.
We want you to partner with our hiring managers to build happy and high performing teams.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience who is looking to move into a People Operations/Experience career path. Because this is a new role for Cashflows, we’re initially looking to hire on a 6 month fixed term basis and we’re hopeful that this new addition to our team will deliver so much value that we wouldn’t be without you!
You’ll need to be able to travel to our Cambridge office two days a week, but for now we’re working remotely due to COVID.
