The DAE 2021 Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity for a current or recent university graduate to pursue a career in the exciting, dynamic and diverse aircraft leasing and financing industry. The DAE Graduate Program will give you an opportunity to spend time working with experienced teams (on a rotation structure) in our Aircraft Investor Services (AIS), Pricing, Risk Management and Finance functions over a period of 12 months, commencing July 2021. If you are successful in your application, you will spend a number of months working in both Dublin, Ireland and Dubai, UAE, providing you with the international opportunities to develop a career in this exciting global industry. The DAE Graduate Program commences with an industry leading on-boarding programme and you will then have the opportunity to engage in training and business opportunities which will support your career development. We are seeking applicants with a minimum 2:1 grade in their university degree, preferably to Masters level. Strong interest in or knowledge of the commercial aircraft leasing/aviation industry is desired. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. The successful applicants will also possess: - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Advanced MS Excel modelling and data presentation skills - Previous business experience, ideally in a related field/area - The ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, based in DAE offices around the world.
