The 2025 DAE Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity for recent university graduates to pursue a career in the exciting, dynamic and diverse aircraft leasing and financing industry. The DAE Graduate Program will give you an opportunity to spend time working with experienced teams (on a rotation structure) in our Aircraft Investor Services (AIS), Pricing and Risk Management and Finance functions over a period of 18 months commencing June 2025. If you are successful in your application, you will spend a number of months working in both Dubai, UAE and Dublin, Ireland, providing you with the international opportunities to develop a career in this exciting global industry.
