Training Advisor - Human Resources/CIPD

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £26,300 rising to £27,800 per annum pro rata

Additional benefits-generous holiday package, healthcare scheme, contributory pension scheme more. Starting Total Reward Package up to £30,000 per annum. 

We are looking for an ambitious individual who will recruit, retain and support a caseload of learners throughout their “Learning Journey”, to achieve qualifications in line with key performance indicators and required criteria.

As a Training Advisor, you will be required to; develop excellent working relationships with learners and clients, ensure that learners achieve their qualification within the specified timeframe and ensure that delivery is achieved within internal and external requirements.

You will support learners in the workplace delivering apprenticeships in CIPD Level 5 in conjunction with a local college.

The role is field based and fits within the Delivery Team reporting to the Team Manager.

Although the role is field based covering the South Wales area, due to the Covid-19 pandemic the role is currently based from home. This role fits within the Delivery Team reporting to the Programme Manager

Training towards achieving relevant Assessor qualifications will be provided.
