Energy & Utility Skills are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join their registrations team, EUSR. Reporting to the Head of Registration Services, the Service Delivery Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the processing of EUSR registrations, card production and distribution are within agreed service levels, always providing service excellence in line with our Customer Charter. Leading the EUSR Support team, a key focus of the role is managing the recruitment, development, performance and coaching of team members.
