Job Title: Recruiter - Health and Social Care Route

Reports to: Programme Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Wales (field-based)

Hours of Work: 37.5 p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 4pm Friday)

Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 per annum

Summary of Role: The successful candidate for this post will be the essential link between sales and operations. The postholder will introduce and induct all new apprentices to their chosen apprenticeship framework. This will include preparatory advice and guidance, invigilation of their initial skills checks, analysis of their results and assessment of their overall suitability to the programme. Key to the role is the vocational expertise in the programme area (Health and Social Care) to fully support the prospective apprenticeship ensuring that it is the most suitable programme for that individual.
