Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports to: Operations Director

No. of Reports: Approx. 8

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Wales 

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 4pm Friday)

Salary: £33,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum

Summary of Role: To be responsible for the overarching operational management and embedding of all learning programmes within the Work Based Learning (WBL) apprenticeship routes. To manage cross team performance of qualification provision. To improve timely success rates across this provision and to focus on quality improvement, innovation and embedding of quality learning within all programmes. To deliver and support with growth in Work Based Learning (WBL) provision whilst ensuring optimum levels of responsiveness, performance and standards of the department. Manage and support the performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Meet contractual and awarding body requirements ensuring compliance. Ensure excellent timely achievement rates of learners and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
