Educ8 Training Group, consisting of Educ8 Limited and ISA Training, are currently recruiting for an IQA Team Leader for our HSC (Health & Social Care) and CCPLD (Children's Care, Learning and Development) routes to join the organisation.

Job Title: IQA Team Leader (Health & Social Care/Children's Care, Learning and Development)
Department: Quality
Reports to: Qualifications Manager
No. of Reports: Approx. 6
Contract: Permanent
Location: South Wales - Head Office in Ystrad Mynach
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 4pm Friday)
Salary: £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum
Summary of Role: The IQA Team Leader will oversee a small team of IQA’s with specific focus in the Health and Social Care and Childcare sectors. The role will include actively promoting the sectors to Educ8’s network of existing and new employers and representing Educ8 at internal and external events. As QA Team Leader, you will report directly to the Qualifications Manager, providing line management support to IQA’s and ensuring high levels of qualification quality assurance and compliance. You will lead, manage and drive the development of the team, quality assurance strategies and the learner journey in line with the key business objectives.
