Job Title: HR Recruitment Lead

Reports to: Head of HR

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Wales (Head Office in Ystrad Mynach)

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 4pm Friday)

Salary: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per annum

Summary of Role: A highly motivated, organised, strong customer service experienced recruitment lead who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Providing support to the Head of HR and Group Managers to develop Educ8 as an organisation that people and stakeholders aspire to work for/with, ensuring our compliance and statutory policies/procedures exceed the minimum standards required. To provide a proactive and effective resourcing solution to the Group. Lead the employee lifecycle including the internal and external recruitment process, onboarding and induction.  To provide a proactive and effective resourcing solution to the Group whilst providing advice and guidance to line manages across the Group on generalist HR functions.
