Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Reports to: Marketing & Communication Manager

Location: Wales (Head Office in Ystrad Mynach)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 4pm Friday)

Salary: £28,000.00 per annum

Summary of Role: Having a strategic vision, passionate about marketing and an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies, cultivating our customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. To coordinate the design and delivery of Educ8’s marketing activities with the aim of positioning the Educ8 Group as the preferred provider of training solutions. Developing marketing strategies and creative campaigns that make a difference to Educ8’s success and supports our customer requirements. Coordination of video interviews and case studies of learners and employers, creating content for the website and social media, optimising SEO, coordinating advertising campaigns, generating positive PR, developing internal and external newsletters and liaising with the Educ8 Group designer to produce marketing literature and collateral.
