Job Title: Welsh Development Officer

Reports to: Quality Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Wales Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Friday)

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Summary of Role: As Welsh Development Officer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the Welsh Development plan for Welsh Language and Culture across the Educ8 Group. Working with staff, learners and other stakeholders, you will ensure that the Group meet Welsh Government targets for promoting and delivering Welsh language learning and ensure Welsh culture is fully embedded into curriculum. You will also assume responsibility for translation services both to curriculum content and for Trainer Coaches, as required.
