Reports to: Programme Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Wales 

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours p/w (8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs, 8:30am - 4pm Friday)

Salary: £23,000

Summary of Role: You will be the essential link between sales and operations. Your role is to introduce and induct all new apprentices to their chosen apprenticeship framework. This will include preparatory advice and guidance, invigilation of their initial skills checks, analysis of their results and assessment of their overall suitability to the programme.

Key to the role is the vocational expertise in your programme area to fully support the prospective apprenticeship ensuring that it is the most suitable programme for that individual.
