Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

 Due to continued growth within our business we are looking to strengthen our delivery team with the appointment of a new team member. Haddon Training is planning ambitious growth in its delivery of a range of business and coaching apprenticeships, and are seeking talented individuals to make this happen!

 Our blended learning model offers classroom based/cohort delivery, face to face individual teaching, coaching and mentoring, assignments and webinars, etc.  We currently deliver high-quality apprenticeships in a diverse range of employers.  These include levy paying organisations such as the NHS, through to smaller employers in equine and animal care environments.

We are looking for a high performing, qualified and experienced individual to join the team.

Overview

Field all incoming sales enquires (emails) and calls
Provide robust Information and Guidance to employers, learners, parents and external stakeholders, signposting if required
Build employer contact/prospect lists using; Trainer-Coach intelligence re local locations, purchased data and the web.  Prospect lists should be produced 3-months ahead (rolling) in line with Trainer-Coach capacity/reports (enabling targeted campaigns)
Call employers to raise awareness of Apprenticeships, promoting the benefits, incentives, targeting both existing staff and new vacancies
Take new vacancies over the phone or via E mail
Schedule
contact with both existing and lapsed employers to identify possible opportunities/Apprenticeship leads.
Advertise New Vacancies on appropriate websites whilst working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to promote via social media channels, the Haddon Training website and local press
Speak to potential candidates regarding their application, forwarding suitable candidates to the employer and subsequently organising a trial period/interview
Track all vacancies through to closure – keeping employers/locations fully informed of progress
Track all successful applicants, picking up once employment has been sought

Organise enrolment appointments via outlook, Aptem, sending all parties the relevant information;

Guides/ handbooks/ incentives

Set up Apprentice details on the Aptem system

Check and download Employee Reference Numbers

Check for incentives

Complete the Learner Record for all new starts
