Pyropress Limited is looking to attract an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our small team of engineers as a Mechanical Engineer.

Reporting to the Technical and Quality Manager, the Mechancial Engineer will be responsible for the design and maintenance of small electro-mechanical devices and associated equipment in the Hazardous Area industry.

Ideally the successful candidate should have a degree in a relevant subject such as mechanical, automotive, aeronautical or manufacturing engineering, have effective technical skills, e.g., 2D and 3D CAD), strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.  Knowledge of Hazardous Area or experience in a highly regulated industry would be advantageous but not essential.
