Salary Banding - £25,450 - £36,953 (depending on qualifications and experience).

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Policy, as Digital Curriculum Manager you will create and maintain a robust and consistent culture of quality improvement.  You will be an integral member of the quality team and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, through the development of digital curricula across England and Wales. You will use your expertise in digital learning to create highly engaging teaching, learning and assessment resources. You will be committed to continuous professional development and maintain currency with digital learning and assessment practices and platforms.

Essential Skills:

The Curriculum is based on a military programme and an essential requirement is knowledge of a military career.


             Strong teamworking skills

             Organised, proactive and the ability to prioritise.

             Proficient in the use of online learning authoring tools.

             Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

             Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365, specifically PowerPoint.

             Can accurately interpret regulated qualification standards.


Desirable Skills:


             Welsh Speaker

             Proficient in the use of OneFile.

             The ability to interpret data and produce management reports

             the ability to think logically

             the ability to manage a team

             a good memory of how software and operating systems work

             excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

             problem solving skills

             a strong customer focus

             the ability to prioritise your workload
