The opportunity we have

Business Analyst

Fixed term – 18 months

Full Time – 35 hours per week

Salary – Up to £32,000 DOE + benefits package (including pension and 22 days paid holiday per annum plus 3 days for company shutdown over Christmas and New Year)

Home Based (flexible working options are available)

About the role 

It’s an exciting time at Enginuity as we continue with our business transformation and really begin to focus on putting customers at the heart of what we do.  We are delivering an ambitious Programme Roadmap in 2021 which will further transform our business and the experience of our customers and will map into our Strategic goals and vision for the next 3 years. 

About You

You will be an experienced and skilled Business Analyst able to support a number of in-flight, high priority projects amidst a changing landscape. Providing business analytics across a number of projects simultaneously, you will have experience of conducting business analysis and working flexibly across multiple projects simultaneously using waterfall, agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Must-have’s

  • Experience of business analysis and design in digital-led IT or change projects
  • Experience of Customer Journey and process mapping
  • Business process improvement - user story and use-case development, applying lean optimisation techniques
  • Excellent data analysis and modelling 
  • Excellent communications capability and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Flexibility to work both on strategic and tactical developments while retaining the bigger picture
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast-changing environment
