The opportunity we have

Project Manager – Data & Digital Services 

Fixed term – 15 months

Full Time – 35 hours per week

Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + benefits package (including pension and 22 days paid holiday per annum plus 3 days for company shutdown over Christmas and New Year)

Home Based - flexible working options are available

About the role 

The role of Project Manager – Data and Digital Services is a member of the Programme Management Office Team.  This team plays a vital role in providing project management support to the business ensuring projects are mapped out, planned and resource is available.  This is to make sure the key objectives and requirements of the business are delivered within the agreed timescales.

The role actively contributes to the data and digital aspects of the key business objectives by working with the project sponsors and business owners.  You will be working with the contractual regulatory frameworks, and key stakeholders internally and externally to design high quality products that look at customer solutions to meet workforce skills challenges.

About You

You will join a newly formed team with experience of leading complex projects working will key stakeholder across all levels of the business.  Demonstrated track record of successful projects throughout the full lifecycle of the governance and documentation process of a project. You will have strong people management skills and communication skills to work with and develop the team to drive performance and inspire high standards.  

Must-have’s

  • Experience of leading complex projects across a regulated organisation
  • A track record of successful development of project documentation to ensure robust governance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong people management capabilities that inspire, manage performance, and develop team members.
  • Expert at project lifecycle management on appropriate systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Holds a degree level (or equivalent) professional qualification in project management or business
  • Able to support the bid/proposal process and write sections/have input into clearly articulating a solution
