Qualification Document Coordinator

12 months Fixed Term Contract

Full Time – 35 hours per week

Salary: £23,000 and benefits package (including pension and 22 days paid holiday per annum plus 3 days for company shutdown over Christmas and New Year)

Home Based – occasional travel will be required

About the role 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualification Document Coordinator to join our Product and Technical Development Team who sit within EAL, the qualification and skills delivery arm of Enginuity Group.  As a Qualification Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and formatting EAL’s qualification documents to ensure alignment and compliance with the latest National Occupational Standards (NOS). 

What you’ll be doing

As a Qualification Document Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining qualification documentation to ensure that it remains compliant with the regulations as well as providing administrative support for the examinations development function.   You will be responsible for ensuring that brand guidelines are followed during any documentation amendments, maintaining databases required for the life cycle management of products as well as continually looking for areas for improvement or efficiency within the current systems, processes, policies and feedback.

What we’re looking for

You will have experience in producing quality documents with a high level of attention to detail as well as experience working in an administrative support role in a fast-paced environment. You will have an understanding of working to department KPIs as well as building strong effective working relationships to determine needs and requirements.

You will be self-motivated with excellent time management, planning, prioritisation, organisational and administrative skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.  You will be adaptable with a positive, can-do solutions focused mindset.

Other skills which would be desirable however not needed to apply for the role

If you have experience of qualification regulators data and operational systems, experience of examinations delivery systems in particular BTL Surpass, knowledge of the Welsh language and or experience working within an awarding organisation or vocational education sector this would be advantageous.
