Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 DOE + benefits package

About the role 

The Business Support Coordinator role is an important role in the business, working as part of a team to support with everyday operations, providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for providing administration support to internal stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Heads of Departments, facilitating an efficient and effective work environment. 

What you’ll be doing

You will be working closely with the Executive Assistant, supporting members of our Executive Leadership team (ELT) and Heads of Department with various administrative activities such as diary management and inbox management, arranging and scheduling meetings, developing presentations and reports, ensuring correspondence is dealt with efficiently and effectively and relevant agendas and papers issued in advance and post-meeting support. 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for two Business Support Coordinators with proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant roles or similar type of roles.

You will be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams to enable you to support ELT and Heads of Department.

You will have strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.

Other skills which would be desirable however not needed to apply for the role

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • HNC/D Business Administration
