About the Role:

We are looking for two Relationship Managers to support the Membership Services Team. They will be the main point of contact for the Europe Region Member Organisations (MOs) to develop and monitor the capacity assessments, facilitate access to services and collect feedback to develop action/developmental plans.

They will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of the WAGGGS resources available and signpost toolkits and online resources to MOs.

About You:

Successful candidates will have a strong background of working with NGOs or international membership organisations.

They will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be highly organised, team oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

They will have a great track record of building and maintaining effective relationships, developing cross functional working relationships with staff and Membership Organisations in cross cultural settings, Europe and internationally.

The ideal candidates will have experience in supporting with capacity building initiatives, excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential.
