About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the establishment of the results-based M&E system of the diversity and inclusion and meaningful youth participation programme for WAGGGS.

In this short-term role, you will work closely with WAGGGS Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager to conduct the finalisation of the Her World, Her Voice programme M&E plan, creation of M&E tools (at the global and country team level), and conduct of baseline activities (data collection, analysis and report writing).

About You:

As the successful candidate, you should have strong knowledge and experience in building a programme M&E system (including tools), particularly in the field of diversity and inclusion, and in conducting participatory M&E activities involving girls and young women. Since the role is home-based, you should have strong experience and skills in conducting online data collection across multiple countries, and be able to multitask and work well in a multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders.
