A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team at Rayden Solicitors in St Albans, an award winning, growing, specialist family law firm.

Key Tasks:

• Assist with the day to day implementation of the marketing programme across all offices
• Assist with the management and production of marketing literature (both online and in hard copy)
• Assist the marketing team in their engagement with external suppliers and partners
• Support the Marketing team with monthly and quarterly reporting notices
• Research and update information on competitors and developments in the family law market
• Research competitors / other professional services firms’ marketing activities
• Assist with the organisation of events
• Keeping up to date with trends, mentions and useful content on social media
• Helping to update and keep the company's website current using its CMS
• Assist with bi-annual data analysis and assessment of the results of our campaigns

Personal attributes, skills and experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
• Some relevant work experience would be desirable but is not essential
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good working knowledge of all social media channels
• Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Eventbrite and Paperless Post would be desirable
• Excellent organisational, administrative, communication and writing skills coupled with good analytical and research skills - with a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
• Well presented with great interpersonal skills
