Open Doors is a Christian charity that is looking to recruit active, practicing Christians to stand in the GAP (give, act, pray) on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus.
In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long-term.
We’re looking for a Christian* with great leadership, strategic and technical skills to lead our Digital Business Centre (DBC) in providing excellent project delivery to our end users and supporters, ensuring effective delivery and handover of new services into production.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects within the DBC are delivered on time, within budget and to specification. This will include working with a complex structure of internal and external stakeholders and delivery teams as well as external parties and contractors.
You will be required to provide spiritual leadership to the team in relation to Open Doors vision, values and code of conduct and show a willingness to contribute to the devotional life of the ministry.
You will have the opportunity to use your God-given character and talents to contribute to the work of Open Doors and to work with integrity and with purpose. We offer a flexible role with a good work-life balance with huge job satisfaction and the chance to shape and influence your work. You will work with some inspirational people and there are plenty of opportunities to develop your career.
If you are a Christian looking to make an impact and seeking a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
