Salary: £32,009 - £37,654

Location: Witney (minimum 40% office based)

Open Doors is a Christian charity that is looking to recruit active, practising Christians to raise awareness, prayer and support for persecuted Christians worldwide. Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and livelihood support, and helping persecuted believers to stand strong in their faith.

We’re looking for a Christian* Production Manager to enable Open Doors UK&I to grow support for the persecuted church by helping the Head of Content to deliver marketing communications content across the organisation.

You will fulfil a critical role in overseeing the in-house Content team and related freelancers to deliver content requests from all Directorates by monitoring the team’s capacity and workflow, allocating resources, managing schedules and budgets, and reporting on the status of projects.

You will lead on print production and procurement, ensuring that print resources are produced on time, on budget and to the required standard.

You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced and changing environment.
