Location/Division: Lime Management Ltd

Role:  Operations Specialist - North America Groups

Salary: From £17k per annum depending on experience + shift allowance

Core Hours:  Working on a shift basis between 1:00pm - Midnight, Monday-Friday 

Purpose:

To effectively sell and service Group bookings on BA, IB and other airline partners booked through travel organisations or direct consumers either via the telephone, email or internet and manage the bookings effectively.

Key objectives:

•To service all Groups enquiries & bookings to company standards

•To adhere to all airline deadlines and terms and conditions

•To understand agents/ operators flight needs and advise on appropriate solutions

•To work with the Team Leader and Marketing department to drive growth in ticket sales

•To manage profit margins for each Group booking    

Skills and experience required:

•GDS experience (Amadeus) a significant advantage although not essential

•Travel industry or relevant customer service experience essential
