Role:Technical Customer Support Executive

Reports to:  Technical Help Desk Team Leader

Lime Management is a specialist flight consolidator for British Airways and IAG.  As part of our continued close relationship with British Airways, this new role will be part of the customer face of British Airways New Distribution Capability (NDC) program. As such it will require a good understanding of flight sales, fares and some technical investigative work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding area of the business for someone who is prepared to throw themselves into the role, and wants to see their career grow.

 

Key objectives: 

•Work within a Trade Support Help-Desk providing quality services for trade customers of BA.

•Service the on-boarding of new customers.

•Investigate queries from customers during their evolution to BA NDC.

•Investigate technical, fare related and general queries from customers.

•Investigate and escalate any reports of NDC outages.

•Provide support and be recognised as a subject matter expert on British Airways NDC program and related systems. 

•Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new British Airways NDC functionality and version upgrades.

•Use native Amadeus GDS to aid fare investigation.
