Aviate is currently looking to recruit an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and design department and ensure that the Aviate brand is effectively promoted in the market place as the definitive flight consolidator of choice.  Utilising all available marketing strategies to raise awareness and maximise sales, and working in close partnership with the product, commercial and sales teams, the Marketing Manager will lead the planning and delivery of all marketing plans within the business.  The role can be offered under our hybrid working policy to enable a combination of working from home/office on a regular basis.  

The Role

•Lead the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives

•Responsible for the planning, execution and successful delivery of the marketing plan for all products within Aviate. 

•Responsible for the content and production of all collateral and promotions for Aviate and its airline partners.  Act as brand guardian.

•Negotiate with airline & tourist board partners to secure marketing campaigns, budgets and incentives to formulate expanded marketing campaigns

•Head up the wider marketing & design team, managing workloads, setting targets and priorities, identifying skillset opportunities for staff development.

•Launching of new products, positioning existing products and ensure that all communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice 

•Manage effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activity / promotions and time frames

•Establish a creative edge vs our competitors through our marketing collateral and messaging to enable the business to have a differential in the marketplace  

•Deliver a successful social media strategy over selected platforms 

•Develop and maintain good working relationships with all group suppliers, agencies and internal operations

•Manage and reconcile the marketing budget spend vs annual revenue target

•Monitor and analyse sales/trends/availability/competitor activity to ensure that our offering meets customer needs

•Ensure that all customer touch points are accurate, relevant and engaging 

•Identification of new development opportunities 

•Event management 

•Monitor and report on effectiveness / ROI of marketing campaigns and communications.  Provide learnings and determine future strategy 

•Represent the business at supplier events
