Role:              Groups Specialist

Hours:            1:00pm - Midnight shifts on a rota basis working Monday - Friday

Reports to:    Groups Team Leader

Salary:           £19,877 + £3300 shift allowance 

Job Purpose: To offer a specialized service for groups of 10 or more passengers, to travel organizations or direct consumers either via the telephone, email or internet thus helping to drive sales, hit budgets and deliver profits.

The department operates between the hours of 8:00am and Midnight, Monday to Friday. Our late shift team cover the hours of 1pm-Midnight Monday - Friday.

Key objectives:

To service all enquiries & bookings to company standards

To adhere to all airline deadlines and terms and conditions

To understand the groups flight needs and advise on appropriate solutions

To work with the Team Leader and Marketing department to drive growth in ticket sales

To understand the different airline routes to be able to advise the best option for each group.
