Role:   Project Manager

We are a dynamic, growing company developing specialised (B2B) advanced pricing, booking, management, & ticketing engines for the airline sector, including airlines such as American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, & Qantas. All our solutions are delivered on a SAAS basis and are hosted using our own server infrastructure from datacentres in the UK and overseas, providing robust and scalable service offerings to our customers.

Due to our market leading position and continued growth in delivering exciting new solutions both to new and existing customers, we are looking for a talented software project manager with a passion for managing the software delivery process. You will, together with the project team, system architects, team leads, and test team, ensure that our projects are delivered on time and on budget, and to the agreed quality standard. In this role you will need to have the following skills and abilities:

 

  • Communicating and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to review progress, resolve project issues, analyse & mitigate risk
  • Deal with the change management process
  • Collaborate with management, business analysts, subject matter experts, system architects, and team leads to create and establish project plans
  • Track and report on progress to both internal and external stakeholders per agreed project plans
  • Collaborate with the management team to deliver concise and relevant responses to RFP’s and RFI’s
  • Work with the management team to craft internal and external process documentation required by the legislative environment of the software solutions
  • Manage & monitor the development team progress using Agile processes & tools
  • Our customers are located around the world, so you’ll need the ability to travel
  • A working knowledge of Spanish would be beneficial
