Shift pattern: 9:00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE

This is a key role within a busy, cross-functional team of marketing and graphic design experts, offering a creative environment for the right candidate to flourish and really own this role.
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting into Aviate’s Marketing Manager, the Partnerships Marketing Lead will gradually take ownership of the marketing for the majority of Aviate’s supplier-partners portfolio which includes the world’s most renowned airlines. The main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver unique, industry-leading marketing plans for each of the airlines within your portfolio, strategically designing them to deliver on pre-agreed KPI’s.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Build effective relationships with a multitude of airline partners. Attending regular strategy meetings to see how you can support commercial/brand/product objectives via the use of marketing.
•Develop and manage the execution of marketing plans which balance creative flair with strategic commercial analysis.
•Generate post-campaign reports for airline partners and other stakeholders – including analysis of campaign performance, market analysis, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
•To develop excellent cross-functional and inter-departmental relationships which maximise project efficiency and success.
