Customer Support Executive

Salary:  £22,750 per annum (pro rata) 

Closing date: 13th January 2021 9am

Short summary of the role: Do you have a real desire to be front and centre when it comes to making sure that customers have the best experience possible? Our newly formed Partnerships Team is all about engaging and connecting the Church and Christian ministries to the services, products and training that will help to resource, inspire and strengthen them and the work they do. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to helping delivering excellent customer engagement with the customer experience a priority. You will need excellent communication and people skills and the ability to manage new and ongoing customer relationships effectively. 

This new role is an exciting opportunity to step right into supporting the growth of our customer focussed, solution driven team. You will be working with a wide range of customers from church planters, individuals working in self-supported Christian ministries, churches, mission agencies and other Christian charities. You will play an important role in engaging new customers and managing those relationships well using our sales processes and CRM software will help to transform how we help, support and develop their ministries. 

As Customer Support Executive, you will help to manage our main enquiry lines via phone and email and will work diligently across multiple teams in a strong client facing role and you will report to our Head of Partnerships. It is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your sales, service and people skills in a fast growing and highly missional organisation.
