As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of the Development Roadmap, acting as the point of contact for the business on each project. You will liaise closely with stakeholders and the DevOps team in designing, creating, delivering and maintaining our websites and applications.

The role involves eliciting, validating and documenting requirements before translating the requirements catalogue into a Product Backlog that Developers and Testers can deliver.

You will have the options to work remotely and from the office.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Owning the Development Roadmap, collaborating with the Senior Management Team to ensuring it aligns with the business’ strategy 
  • Responsible for delivering concurrent projects on the Development Roadmap to a high standard and on time 
  • Responsible for defining the business requirements for development projects 
  • Responsible for gathering business requirements via interviews and cross functional workshops, creating compelling user experiences, detailed user stories, process maps and non-functional requirements 
  • Responsible for keeping an up to date product backlog for the digital platform, ensuring that all proposed solutions meet the business objectives and are of the necessary quality and value 
  • Works closely with the development and operational teams to communicate upcoming requirements and highlight any business process changes or resource requirements in advance 
  • Championing best practices in relation to the software development lifecycle 
  • Responsible for Show and tells/demonstrations to business stakeholders and incorporating decisions/feedback into development 
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills by managing the expectations, coordinating effective communication and keeping the stakeholders engaged
