Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the role of a Service Advisor is to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner, whilst maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service and promoting accurate and productive workshop throughputs to assist the department, meeting all its financial and non-financial targets.
