Senior Residential Support Worker 

Full Time Permanent Post (40 hours per week including 1 hour lunch – P/T hour available) 

Salary: £26,083 pa. (Grade C1)

Holiday Entitlement:  33 days including Bank Holidays

Location: Based at Park House children’s home in Leicester (LE3).

The post of Senior Residential Support Worker involves effectively assisting the team, alongside Managers, towards outstanding service delivery in all aspects of planning for care, providing support, managing exits and developing positive constructive relationships with each child.
