IT Support Engineer

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.  The role will involve Providing support to EUSA Pharma’s user base with proactive, friendly and responsive support, 1st time fixes and effective triage & escalation of technical requests.  This can be in person, on the telephone or via remote support.  A can-do, customer-first attitude is more important to us than qualifications or industry experience. 

Applicants must have a good knowledge of new and upcoming technologies, be able to identify and work closely with third party providers, ensuring EUSA’s systems can operate effectively at all times.
