Supported by and working closely with over 130 fashion brands from high street staples to digital giants and luxury brands, we offer a wide range of specialist fashion Diploma, Degree and Short courses, many of these exclusive to the FRA with start dates throughout the year.
In the context of our ambitious growth and diversification plans, we are currently seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to become a key member of staff responsible for further developing the management information and business intelligence capability to benefit the student experience, their outcomes and the organisation.
The Senior BI Analyst will take the lead on designing our data warehousing implementation to link together a multitude of different datasets, and to allow the business to make strategic decisions on our approach. Working closely with multiple departments within the organisation to capture business requirements for new reporting metrics and KPI’s.
The successful candidate will have experience of configuring, administering and maintaining MS SQL Server, as well as SSRS report development. Previous experience of using Microsoft Power BI to transform data, creating multi-tiered relationships between multiple data sources and providing insightful visuals is necessary. A good understanding of Power BI’s DAX and M-Query languages is required.
You must also be experienced in the interpretation and analysis of complex data sets and have the ability to produce data analysis to drive strategic improvement and business performance.
The successful candidate will be someone with advanced T-SQL programming skills and demonstrable skills in using business intelligence tools. We are looking for a team player with great communication skills and a positive outlook. A background in the education sector would be preferable, however is not a necessity.
