Supported by and working closely with over 130 fashion brands from high street staples to digital giants and luxury brands, we offer a wide range of specialist fashion Diploma, Degree and Short courses, many of these exclusive to the FRA with start dates throughout the year.
Our courses are developed with industry partners to provide our students with a combination of in-depth Fashion Retail knowledge and unrivalled hands-on practical industry experience (which include high quality occupationally relevant work placements, industry masterclasses from the leading figures in industry, live commercial projects and our industry preparation enrichment). About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Engagement Executive to join our Marketing and Sales Team. The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for increasing conversion from application to enrolment, through the multiple stages of offer, acceptance and enrolment.
This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys talking to people as a large proportion of time will be spent on the telephone, live chat and e-mail. A knowledge of job roles within the fashion industry is useful but not essential, as you will be advising customers about the options available to them and the job roles they can lead to.
This role sits within the Marketing team, and you will contribute to weekly meetings to update the team on common queries, making suggestions for improvements to the website and other promotional materials to support the customer journey. You will also work closely with other departments at key points of the year, including curriculum and admissions.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing, confident manner with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to naturally relate to people and put them at ease. You will need an understanding of Microsoft office, in particular excel in order to update and maintain management databases. Prior experience of a CRM platform is an advantage.
