Supported by and working closely with over 130 fashion brands, we offer a wide range of specialist fashion Diploma, Degree and Short courses, many of these exclusive to the FRA, for students of all ages with start dates throughout the year. Our courses are developed to provide our students with a combination of in-depth Fashion Retail knowledge and hands-on practical work experience in the industry.
Most of our full-time courses offer our students a guaranteed work placement with a major high street brand, ensuring our graduates leave with a wide range of skills and experience and the fastest route into work. The FRA works to create the best imaginable learning journey and be at the forefront of delivering a tailored and forward-looking curriculum for every learner.
The FRA is undergoing a period of significant growth, and as a result, we are seeking a proactive and positive Programme Administration Officer to provide an effective, efficient and impactful administrative support to our Delivery team. The post focuses on administration relating to Further Education (FE) programmes and will collaborate with other administrators within the wider FRA to ensure optimum results. The postholder will be the first point of contact for the FE team, providing outstanding customer service in responding to student, parent and staff queries.
The successful candidate will be a customer focussed and conscientious individual, with an excellent eye for detail. They will be well organised, an excellent communicator, and enjoy mentoring junior team members as they will line manage the team’s Apprentice. Previous experience of working in an administrative role within education, including using student record systems is essential. Strong IT skills, a practical understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements around data and record management, and a working knowledge of best practice ins academic administration processes/policies is also a must.
