Supported by and working closely with over 130 fashion brands from high street staples to digital giants and luxury brands, we offer a wide range of specialist fashion Diploma, Degree and Short courses, many of these exclusive to the FRA with start dates throughout the year.
Our courses are developed with industry partners to provide our students with a combination of in-depth Fashion Retail knowledge and unrivalled hands-on practical industry experience (which include high quality occupationally relevant work placements, industry masterclasses from the leading figures in industry, live commercial projects and our industry preparation enrichment). Our graduates leave with a wide range of skills and experience guaranteeing them the fastest route into work.
About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an EHCP Co-ordinator to join our Wellbeing Team. As EHCP Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of our team who put our students at the heart of everything we do.
You will schedule and organise annual reviews and complete EHCP paperwork in a timely way, ensure that they are all regularly reviewed, you will communicate with, and be the point of call for external stakeholders – LAs, schools, therapists, social services, transport, and contractors, accurately record any new ones and support the response consultation process, gather information such as specialist reports to contribute to updating them, attend multidisciplinary meetings and work in collaboration with the SENCO to support staff to understand the legal implications of an EHCP. You will be source of support, advice and expertise for staff and students.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about student’s achieving their potential and putting the facilities and support in place to make sure we prepare our students not only for life at the FRA, but the world beyond. You should be a positive individual with a focus on building and developing relationships, experience of supporting young people and working with a range of stakeholders in a pastoral and student support setting. The ability to be creative and to think out of the box will be essential to success in this role.
