Circa £23,000 – £24,000 per annum subject to qualifications and experience
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and organised Administrator to work closely with and assist our Registry Manager and Registry Coordinator and the wider Registry team to ensure the delivery of an excellent service and that day to day processes run efficiently and effectively support staff and students.
The successful candidate will carry out administrative duties efficiently and effectively and provide valuable support to all staff and students with regards to admissions, enrolments, assessment and examinations and course administration. We are looking for an excellent team player with good communication skills and a proactive customer-orientated approach. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative role. Experience of working with students would be desirable.
It is essential that you have excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint combined and are able to pick up new systems promptly.
