About the role
The Fashion Retail Academy are currently in a new phase of growth and we have an opportunity for a proactive and positive Events Officer to support and assist our Marketing and Sales department by playing a crucial part in helping us to achieve our ambitious growth plans.


The primary aim of this role is to increase student applications and the conversion of these to enrolled learners through the successful delivery of events. Working closely with the Applicant Marketing Manager, the Events Officer will be responsible for events, including open days, applicant days and external events, ensuring that all events are successful and run smoothly and lead to increased conversion. In this role you will also have specific responsibility for larger external recruitment events for diploma and undergraduate courses. This will incorporate organisation of stands, materials, staffing and budgetary responsibility.   


About you
Your role in our Marketing & Sales team will be to confidently lead, plan and implement a variety of events related to growth. You will have the confidence to present these events and implement change.  
To be effective in this role you will have a proven track record of project management and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to short deadlines. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have strong copywriting skills. You will need an understanding of the fashion industry and the courses we offer to generate relevant, engaging content and campaigns.

Salary:
Circa £24,483 - £27,940, subject to qualifications and experience
