We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Learning Support/Wellbeing Team.  As a Learning Support Assistant at the FRA, you will be an integral part of our team who put our students at the heart of everything we do.

The Learning Support Assistant will significantly contribute to the day-to-day support for students in their learning. The post holder will be responsible for meeting the needs of learners with identified Learning Difficulties and / or Disabilities including in class and out of class support to remove barriers to accessing learning and participation.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about student’s achieving their potential and putting the facilities and support in place to make sure we prepare our students not only for life at the FRA, but the world beyond. You should be a positive individual with a focus on building and developing relationships, experience of supporting young people and working with a range of stakeholders in a learning support setting.  The ability to be creative and to think out of the box will be essential to success in this role.
