About the role
The Fashion Retail Academy is currently in a new phase of growth and we have a brand-new role within a new team, to support the Head of Brand Communications to raise the profile of the FRA.
As the Brand Communications Manager, your aim will be to increase awareness of the FRA and the opportunities available to the industry, ranging from apprenticeships, workforce development, talent acquisition, and student enrichment.
Integral to the success of this role is to develop and implement an annual communications plan to increase brand awareness of the FRA and the services we provide to the industry across all our relevant initiatives. You will be responsible for building and running effective multi channel campaigns across social media, direct mail, PR, digital and offline trade advertising, events and newsletters, with consistent messaging and tone of voice. Campaigns will be measured against KPI’s to ensure positive ROI is delivered.
About you
You have demonstrable experience building successful multi-channle B2B communications and advertising campaigns with a background in a comms/media and/or PR role. Successful working relationships with trade press & industry stakeholders and the ability to utilise these skills to increase awareness of the FRA is essential.
You will be the FRA’s brand guardian; you will proactively ensure all outbound B2B communication is consistent and relevant, whilst maximising opportunities to support individual business initiatives. You will be both creative and analytical to enable you to build successful campaigns. A knowledge of the fashion industry is a significant advantage.
To be effective in this new role you will have a proven track record of improving ROIs and meeting key KPIs in a retail or marketing environment. You will preferably have a good understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Umbraco, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics & Click dimensions.
If you’re a proactive forward thinker with enthusiasm and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
