About the role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Associate Lecturers to join our Apprenticeships team at the Fashion Retail Academy. Successful candidates will contribute to the exceptional delivery of our Apprenticeship provision to our corporate clients, ensuring alignment with externally accredited standards and qualifications.
As an Associate Lecturer, you will plan, organise and deliver exceptional teaching activities for the cohort, ensuring every learner receives the highest quality teaching, learning and feedback, successfully preparing them for progression in industry. You will be responsible for creating and delivering industry relevant content, in line with the course and wider programme objectives.

Hourly rate
£37.58 an hour, inclusive of teaching, preparation and associated pedagogic work, on Levels 2, 3 and 4, and £42 an hour, inclusive of teaching and associated pedagogic work on Levels 5 and 6. Non-teaching duties across provisions, including course development work, are paid at £23.85 per hour inclusive.
