About the Role  

Empower Learners at the EFI Group – Join Us as a Lead Learning Support Assistant! 

As Lead Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential in-class and out-of-class support, helping our learners across the EFI Group thrive and achieve their potential. With a focus on promoting learner independence and inclusion, you’ll collaborate with staff, offer tailored support, and be part of a dynamic, rewarding environment. If you’re passionate and ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you! 

About You  

  • Qualifications: A level passes or equivalent qualification/experience. 
  • Experience: Proven track record of working or supporting young people with special educational needs in an education setting. 
  • Expertise: Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to listen with understanding and relate to social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. 
  • Passion: You will be committed to the development and progression of all learners and ready to bring your positive energy and resilience to our dedicated Wellbeing team!

Salary  

£29,539 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience (1.05FTE)
