The Job As our Senior Business Analyst you'll be responsible for aligning duties to help mentor/coach and develop your team to achieve the best results to manage capacity.

 

You'll be part of our Business Analysis team, reporting to the Head of Business Analysis.

 

 

What you'll be doing

• Conduct line management duties, mentor, coach and develop your team

• Manage capacity and sprint commitments for your team

• Act as the intermediary between the Business and Technology

• Work in conjunction with the Product Manager on your allocated projects

• Represent Technology in project meetings

• Define high level Epics and create Stories with concise and unambiguous acceptance criteria

• Review Epics and Stories created by the BAs in your team

• Support the Technology Team during the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Participate and contribute during all sprint ceremonies

• Identify and escalate any risks, issues, and blockers during the SDLC with the Scrum Master

• Create active feedback loops of business requirements, usability, and prototype reviews

• Manage and facilitate handovers between Product and Technology
