Communications Officer

Contract term: Temporary (Maternity Cover for approx. 12 months with the potential to become a permanent position depending on the needs of the business).

Hours: 37 hours per week

Basic salary of £24,500 per annum, rising to £26,000 per annum. Additional benefits of paid supervision, generous holiday package, healthcare scheme, contributory pension scheme more. Starting Total Reward Package, up to, £27,500 per annum.

You will work across the spectrum of communication disciplines including: public relations, internal communications, sponsorship, advertising and events.

You will support the Board and the Marketing & Communications Team in delivering communication that will inform, engage and inspire our external stakeholders as well as all 385 employees.

You can expect to work with people from all levels of the company and company partners and will conduct a range of external and internal communication activities to a range of key audiences including planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating to help build and maintain our professional corporate identity and brand image and increase occupancy across our broad range of training programmes.

The role is based at our head office, Ocean Park House and fits within the Marketing Team reporting to the Marketing and PR Manager.
