Hospitality and Catering Kitchen Assistant (Apprentice)

Contract Term: Permanent 

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

The role will be split between ACT’s Hadfield Skills Centre and Ocean Park House Kitchen.

The Hospitality and Catering Kitchen Assistant fits within the Traineeship department reporting to the Hospitality and Catering Sector Lead.

You will help manage the day to day running of ACT Skills Academy kitchens, ordering, cooking and serving seasonal menus.

You will supervise small groups of learners guiding them along the way in the running of a food safe kitchen.


ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
