Training and Development Specialist

The Person

  • Keeping up to date records of official communications, processes and procedures, updates and regulatory requirements
  • Document coaching sessions’ attendances, results and identified needs for follow up coaching sessions
  • Develop, deliver, provide reporting on the appropriate measurement to monitor and review the progress of trainees
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
  • Assure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements through necessary coaching sessions
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching after induction training
  • Producing training materials for new initiatives, products incentives or procedures and amending and revising training as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Identifying training needs and organizing training interventions to meet quality standards
  • Provide a framework and training standard of excellence for the Learning, development and improvement of employees' skills, knowledge, and competencies enabling them to fulfil their potential and role within the Business
  • Assist the Team Leaders and Managers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
  • Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this to stakeholders
  • Providing evidence based on analysis and research when recommending specific trainings designed to add value to the Operational unit as to positively impact the business on regular basis

  • Fluent level of English both written and spoken
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in online gaming and betting services OR minimum 1 year previous experience in training and development
