Location/Division: CCI

We are recruiting for a Land Geospatial surveyor.

We use only the best and most advanced techniques and equipment to provide engineering and topography services such as Topographic Surveys, Laser Scanning, BIM, Drone Surveys, GPR Surveys, Underground Utility Mapping and more. This position will suit a qualified surveyor with a minimum of 5 years previous experience.

Key Responsibilities

Working with modern survey methods and survey devices such as total stations, GPS, Drone, Laser Measurement, geophysical equipment and data collectors

Responsibility for all existing Surveying equipment along with monitors calibration certification

Ability to train new and existing staff on how to use the equipment

Building and maintaining client relationships ensuring we deliver projects to exact client requirements

Assisting with detailed field and office surveying assignments

Any other duties as required by the business

Requirements

Have a relevant degree qualification Surveying, Geomatics or similar and at least 5 years of experience

Working with modern survey methods and survey devices such as total stations, GPS, geophysical equipment and data collectors

Responsibility for all existing Surveying equipment along with monitors calibration certification

Knowledge of GPR, CAT and Genny utility detection equipment and procedure for usage

Be confident and comfortable using the latest technology hardware and software

Have strong knowledge of current CAD technology

Ability to train new and existing staff on how to use the equipment

Possess strong understanding of common industry practices

Set high standards for themselves and their services

Manual Handling training, Safe Pass and CSCS Card Required as dictated by client or project

Flexibility to travel nationwide required by our clients

Possess a full, clean Irish EU driving License

Possess Chartered surveyor status or professional membership of surveying bodies 

Possess the right to work in Ireland
